Great work. I didn't realize how much better Peavy really was than Zambrano. Especially considering two of Zambrano's points came from hitting (not as important) and record (which is affected by the rest of the team).

ReplyDeleteGood job! I really do think BIG Z will have a bounce back year, pitching like he did the first half of 08'. As for Peavy I think it'll be a great addition if we can acquire him.
ReplyDeleteI agree Phil, we need at least one of the two, either Big Z stepping it up and being more consistent as an ace or Peavy. (Hopefully both)
ReplyDeleteI think that the W/L for Peavy isnt important because look at that Padres team of last year. Somebody with that kind of ERA should have had about 15-16 wins.
ReplyDeleteI agree cubsland, I thought of not counting the W-L or the hitting for Zambrano, but Big Z is a good pitcher so I had to show some catigories that he won in. ☺ Peavy really is much better than Carlos stats wise.
