Here are a few Cubs Rumors for today:

• Jake Peavy is unlikely to be traded unless it is to the Cubs.
• Ryan Spilborghs is not on the Cubs radar according to Ken Rosenthal.
• According to Hot Stove Cubbies, the Cubs front office is getting frustrated and annoyed with Milton Bradley. The Cubs have many players that they are looking into, one of them is RF Brad Hawpe.

We'll see if the Cubs make any moves!

On the field, the Cubs fell last night to the Astros. The series is now even, and the 2 teams will play a rubber match today at 1:05 CT, Ryan Dempster pitching against Russ Ortiz.

Carlos Zambrano pitched a great game yesterday, but the Cubs couldn't help him out with the bats, the only offense was a Geovany Soto home run. The Astros won it in the 9th with a run against Angel Guzman. Hopefully the Cubs turn in around with a win today.
