New Name, URL, Poll and Chat on the Blog!

Well, welcome to our new site! It's the same site, just a new URL. All the problems we had with the site before should be fixed. Please comment to confirm that everything is fine with the new URL!

We will be having a live chat on Sunday (April 5th) night from 7-8 PM Central Time. I will answer all questions and take your thoughts on the following topics:

1. Did Lou make the right decisions in Spring Training on the closer, 5th starter, backup catcher, and second baseman?
2. What lineup should the Cubs use on Opening Day (the next day after the chat)?
3. Predictions for the Cubs season.
4. And more!
There are lots of Cubs topics to discuss before the season so please join me! If you have a question or comment that you want answered but you cannot make it to the live chat, just send me an email: cubsblogmailbag@aol.com.

Also, we have a new poll posted on our right sidebar, so please vote! The question is:

Of the following former Cubs that are Free Agents, which would you like to see return to the Cubs?

A. Mark Grudzielanek
B. Will Ohman
C. Daryle Ward
D. Jon Lieber
E. Jim Edmonds
F. Rob Bowen
G. Moises Alou
H. None of the Above!

It's easy to vote, please do so!

Recap of the Cubs/A's game and more later!

  3. Phil- The site was coming up with and error that said "internet explorer operation aborted" for some reason. The error only occured on CPUs with Internet Explorer 7 (or less). If you have IE 8, Firefox, or something else than the site still worked fine. I'm not sure how I got the bullet to come up on the comments, it just does. When I'm doing a post, the bullet will come up whenever I click the button that says bulleted list at the top of the new post next to numbered list and blockquote.
